If you were unable to exhibit last year in Denver, you missed exhibiting to over 900 attendees over 4 days. This year, the conference will be held at the Hilton Austin Airport Hotel in Austin, Texas.

Exhibit booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you of your preferred exhibit space location, please send in your agreement (see PDF file below) with your payment early. We have provided for easy online payment registration below. Just add your choice of the exhibit booth, (premium, standard - lower level are sold out), or standard - first floor to your cart. Visit the other links above to become a USAAA member, or click on other conference opportunities which include sponsoring the Conference Proceedings Manual or advertising in the manual, sponsoring a refreshment break, or contributing to the scholarship fund. USAAA reserves the right to modify the exhibit booth layout and make the final determination on exhibit booth assignments.

Acceptance of Exhibitors
Although your company may sign up as an exhibitor on this web site, USAAA will review all products and it will be the sole discretion of USAAA to determine whether your products or services exhibited will be accepted to exhibit at the conference. If your company is not accepted by USAAA, you will be notified immediately and you will receive a refund at that time.

If you plan on exhibiting any Hyperbaric Chamber or any other medical device, these items will be reviewed by USAAA. It is the sole discretion of USAAA to accept or reject these items to be exhibited at the conference.

All applications accepted by USAAA are subject to the conditions and requirements contained in the Rules & Regulations and within the Prospectus.

Exhibit Space
There are three types of exhibit space:
1. Premium exhibits - SOLD OUT
2. Standard exhibits - lower level - SOLD OUT
3. Standard exhibits - first floor

Premium exhibits consist of an eight foot draped table located on the lower level leading to all conference sessions. The exhibit space has three feet behind the table for any displays that are located on the floor. You may place your exhibit on top of the table. The display that is behind the table may not be greater than 8 feet in length unless you have purchased a two table premium exhibit which will give you a total of sixteen feet in length and two and one half feet in width.
