ALL PRE-REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER ONSITE AT THE YARROW RESORT HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER IN PARK CITY, WEDNESDAY MORNING, AUGUST 9, STARTING AT 10AM.

Adventure Day Camp Registration
- To register for the conference or conference and dinner/silent auction, click on one of the registration buttons below. They will take you to a secure and confidential Web site. If paying by credit card, please complete the entire form, then click the submit button to send your registration information. If paying by check, there is a PDF Conference Registration Form that you can download and print to mail in your registration. The PDF form is located on the registration page (click on one of the register now buttons below). Print the form and mail it with payment to: USAAA c/o New Hope Travel, 61 North Main Street, New Hope, PA 18938.

NOTE: There are two different dinner options available for children for Saturday night, August 12th, as noted on the registration form:
| OPTION 1. Dinner/Buffet/Silent Auction in the Grand Ballroom from 6:30-10:00 pm. The cost for the child's dinner is $20. Cocktails (cash bar) will be from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm, dinner starts at 7:30 pm. (Parents whose children are attending dinner in the Kearns Room [see below] are welcome to assist their children in the Kearns Room during the cocktail hour, from 6:30-7:30 pm). Child care will be available after dinner until 10:00 pm in the Kearns Room for an additional charge of $16. Use the child care form for payment for the additional charge. |
| OPTION 2. The Special Childrens GFCF buffet dinner in the Kearns room upstairs from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The charge is $19 for dinner. Child care will be available from 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm for an additional charge of $16 per child. Use the child care form for payment for the additional charge. |
