Sponsor & Advertising Agreement and Exhibitor Registration Application/Agreement
We/I understand that exhibit space assignments are based on the order in which reservations and full payments are received and are subject to change without notice. We/I understand that should We/I cancel the exhibit space for whatever reason, there shall be no refund of fees previously paid. We/I understand that should We/I cancel any sponsorship or advertising for whatever reason, there shall be no refund of fees previously paid. We/I agree to abide by all the requirements, restrictions, cancellation policies, and obligations noted in this Sponsor and Advertising Agreement of the US Autism & Asperger Association, Inc. Annual World Conference and all legal requirements of the state of Utah. USAAA reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse any application based on USAAA Policies and Guidelines.

This event is an invitation only for speakers and selected sponsors, which will include Hors D’oeuvres and or dinner. This is an opportunity to meet with the autism experts in a relaxed atmosphere.

• Includes standard exhibit booth ($750 value)
• Any ad qualifies for a tote bag insert that is provided by the company and approved by USAAA.

Refreshment Break Sponsorship, one break - $1,500
Sponsor a refreshment break in the morning or afternoon. Bring more people into the exhibit area. Sponsor coffee breaks. A sign will be placed on the tables with your logo in the exhibitor areas and mentions will be announced to the general session prior to the break ("Your company name" is sponsoring the morning break and/or afternoon break and "we would like to thank them for sponsoring this break"). Company will be mentioned in the sponsorship section of the conference proceedings manual.

Conference Scholarship Fund Sponsor one person or more - $250
Sponsor a family. Scholarships are offered to parents in the sponsoring company name. These extra contributions from exhibitors will sponsor parents who are unable to pay the full conference registration fee.

Tote Bag Insert - $250. Place your company informational flyer (8 1/2 x 11) in the tote bag. (USAAA approval; manufacturing of insert at sponsor’s expense).

Note Paper Mouse Pad – $1,700
This two-in-one mouse and note pad combination allows your customers to do many things at once while also spreading the word about your company. 700 pads.

Final Contract
Until accepted by USAAA, this Contract shall constitute only an application to sponsor/advertise by sponsor/advertiser. USAAA's acceptance of sponsor/advertiser application shall be evidenced by clicking on the submit button or (its signature on the document if printed and mailed to US Autism & Asperger Association), at which time this Agreement shall become binding.

Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Exhibitors
Although your company may sign up as an exhibitor, USAAA will review all products and it will be the sole discretion of USAAA to determine whether your products or services exhibited will be accepted to exhibit for the conference. If your company is not accepted by USAAA, you will be notified immediately and you will receive a refund at that time. If you plan on exhibiting any medical device, these items will be reviewed by USAAA. It is the sole discretion of USAAA to accept or reject these items to be exhibited at the conference. All applications accepted by USAAA are subject to the conditions and requirements contained in the in this agreement. All exhibit booths must remain open for the entire duration of the convention. Exceptions must be approved by USAAA prior to the conference. Any exhibit space not occupied by 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 15, 2013 is also subject to reassignment or resale by USAAA, unless prior approval is obtained in writing from USAAA. Electrical or other mechanical apparatus must be muffled for noise and positioned so as not to interfere with other exhibits. X-ray equipment may not be operated. Volatile or flammable oils, gasses, unprotected picture film, other explosive flammable matter or material, or any substance prohibited by City or State laws or insurance carriers are not permitted on the premises. Exhibitors must surrender space occupied by them in the same condition it was in at the commencement of occupation. Exhibitors or their representatives shall not injure or deface the walls, columns, floors or furniture of the exhibit facilities. All property destroyed or damaged by the exhibitor must be replaced in its original condition by the exhibitor at his or her own expense. The exhibitor shall be liable for all property damaged.

Liability
Insurance and liability are the full and sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Proof of liability insurance is required from all exhibitors if requested by either US Autism & Asperger Association or the Hotel. Neither the US Autism & Asperger Association, Inc., nor any of its officers, employees or representatives, nor the owners, employees or representatives of The Hotel shall be responsible for injury, loss or damage that may occur to exhibitor’s property prior to, during, or subsequent to the exhibition period, provided such injury, loss, or damage is not caused by the negligence or willful act of one or more of the aforementioned parties. The Hotel and US Autism & Asperger Association, Inc. will exercise reasonable care for the protection of the exhibitor's materials and displays. Hotel security personnel may monitor the exhibit area during the hours the exhibit is not open to the public; but this precaution shall not be construed to be in any way an assumption of obligation or duty by the US Autism & Asperger Association, Inc. with respect to the protection of the property of the exhibitors. Exhibitors, by accepting space and making application for space, acknowledge the above terms and expressly release US Autism & Asperger Association, Inc. from any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury. US Autism & Asperger Association, Inc. will not be liable for the fulfillment of this agreement due to any of the following causes: by reason of the building being destroyed by fire, acts of God, strikes, the authority of law, or for any other causes beyond US Autism & Asperger Association’s control.

Advertising
All advertisements are accepted and published on the representation of the advertiser and its agency that they are authorized to publish the entire contents thereof and that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, all statements made therein are true. The advertiser and the agency agree to hold the publisher harmless from any and all claims arising out of advertising published. Publication of articles, announcements, or acceptance of advertisements by US Autism & Asperger Association, Inc. does not imply endorsement by USAAA. USAAA reserves the right to reject any advertisement or copy that USAAA, for any reason, deems unsuitable for publication in any association publication.

Marketing of conference. Exhibitor shall vigorously promote this event through its customer base and other resources. All pre-conference marketing and promotion is at the discretion of US Autism & Asperger Association, Inc.
