FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
US Autism and Asperger Association
2008 International Conference Scholarships Available
Austin, TX – July 30, 2008 - US Autism and Asperger Association (USAAA) is offering partial and full conference registration scholarships to single parent and low income families as well as individuals who are affected by autism who would not otherwise be able to attend the 3rd annual USAAA 2008 International Autism and Asperger Conference September 4-7 in Austin, Texas.
"We are extremely grateful to our presenting sponsors, CARE Clinics and International Hyperbarics Association, for contributing to the USAAA Conference Scholarship Fund," said Lawrence P. Kaplan, PhD, CEO and Founder of USAAA. "With the economy in a tailspin and so many families struggling day to day, the Fund allows us to offer many families, including military families, and individuals who are affected by autism to attend one of the leading Autism and Asperger conferences in the world."
Actress, singer, and author Holly Robinson Peete will deliver the Keynote Address at the USAAA 2008 Autism & Asperger International Conference which will also include more than 30 of the world’s leading Autism Spectrum Disorder experts who will discuss new treatment regimes and effective therapies never before presented to the public.
Parents, grandparents, caregivers, practitioners, teachers and individuals on the spectrum benefit greatly when they attend the conference and meet with the physicians who are treating more autism patients than anyone else in the world and learn from educators that are providing interventions that have successfully improved the lives of our children, and in many cases recovered.
"This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet with the leading experts," said Dr. Kaplan. "When attendees walk away from the conference, they are armed with tools, support, and empowerment."
In addition to the presentations, there will be many exhibitors showcasing their many products and services, including new therapies, which in many cases have dramatically improved the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn about new interventions and treatment options.
