Denver, Colorado
August 8-11, 2007
Hyatt Regency Tech Center
Just imagine if there was a place and an event where parents and caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorders could learn about effective interventions – both biomedical and educational – while enjoying a breathtaking mountain setting. That place and event exists. It is in Denver, Colorado and the event is the US Autism & Asperger Association (USAAA) 2007 International Conference, August 8-11, 2007.
With 34 speakers, USAAA has assembled leading experts on autism and Asperger's Syndrome that focus on ways to improve the quality of life for the affected individuals and their families/caregivers by conducting presentations in the areas of biomedical interventions, research, adjunct therapies, diet and nutrition, and family issues. Parents can choose between a dip into the mysteries of methylation or a dip in the pool - a fresh breath of mountain air or a lecture on hyperbaric oxygen - a view of the pristine mountains or a new perspective on genetic and gender susceptibilities.
